About Us

At MycoHarvest, we grow premium gourmet mushrooms in our advanced indoor urban farm in Melbourne. Using smart, eco-friendly systems and precision farming technology, we create the ideal environment — carefully controlling temperature, humidity, lighting, airflow, and carbon dioxide — to cultivate fresh, high-quality mushrooms all year round.

Our fully controlled environment ensures:
• Consistent supply in every season
• No chemical pesticides
• Shorter transport distances and a smaller carbon footprint
• Fresher mushrooms with Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) that naturally extends shelf life

Through our proprietary cultivation systems and sustainable growing methods, MycoHarvest delivers exceptional quality mushrooms year-round — redefining freshness, efficiency, and scalability in modern agriculture.

We are transforming mushroom supply in Australia by offering long-term partnerships with transparent and stable pricing, allowing our clients to plan with confidence and focus on quality rather than market volatility.

Shelf life (0–4°C):
• Shiitake – up to 3 weeks
• Oyster, Lion’s Mane, and Wood Ear – around 2 weeks

We proudly supply both everyday favourites and specialty varieties, including shiitake, oyster, lion’s mane, and wood ear, as well as rare mushrooms such as porcini and morels — making MycoHarvest the first farm in Australia to successfully grow porcini and morels indoors year-round.

Precision, purity, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.
Our mission is simple — to deliver fresher, safer, and more sustainable mushrooms to our clients across Australia.
